Adil Al-Busaidi received his Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Scripps College of Communication, Ohio University in 2014. Dr. Al-Busaidi’s work is centered in the areas of organizational dissent, leadership communication, conflict, and change management. His main areas of expertise include research methodologies for social science (univariate to multivariate statistics, mediation & moderation, multilevel modeling, Item Response Theory, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), missing data analysis, scale development and social network analysis. He conducts data analysis & visualization using statistical packages such as SPSS, R, Mplus, and AMOS. He received extensive training in the aforementioned quantitative methods from Ohio University, and stats camps at the University of Kansas, and Texas Tech University (Institute for Measurement, Methodology, Analysis & Policy).

In terms of professional and industrial participation, Dr. Al-Busaidi is also an Organizational Development Consultant. He received his executive and leadership training from well-established institutes in areas such as Organizational Development (completed Global Organization Development Certificate Program at NTL), Appreciative Inquiry (from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University), Gestalt Coaching (from The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland), Train the Trainer (from The Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD)), and T-Group & Human Process (from NTL and Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science).

Currently, Dr. Al-Busaidi is an Assistant Professor of Measurement, Research Methods & Organizational Communication at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman.
